Exciting news! We are here to share a sneak preview of what to expect at our upcoming show home at The Spires development, located in Coventry. Thanks to the release of internal CGIs we can provide you with a glimpse into the proposed living area, master bedroom and children’s bedroom which will be featured at the highly sought-after development. We have teamed up with interior design experts to deliver a show home that is not only stylish but attainable.
The Design Vision
As always at Platform, we wanted to create a space that feels inviting, family-friendly and achievable. The moodboard for the show home features a palette of warm neutrals with pops of pink, black and teal to inject personality and warmth whilst using neutral tones as a base to keep the space versatile.
Throughout the home geometric shapes and patterns can be noticed in the wall art, rugs and cushion covers. This will add a modern edge to the design whilst tying the home together for a cohesive look.
A Home for Families
The show home at The Spires is designed with families in mind, particularly those with young children. The three bedroom home will feature a children’s bedroom as well as a nursery to reflect the needs of growing families. The aim is to help prospective customers visualise themselves living here and show them how they can adapt the space to suit their family dynamics.
One of the standout spaces and just one of Platform’s favourites is the children’s bedroom, which has been created with a young girl around the age of 7 in mind. The room perfectly blends playful charm with thoughtful functionality, making it a dream space for any child.
The design incorporates a fun and stylish pink paint colour that will cover the lower 3/4 height of the walls, with a crisp white border at the top, creating an uplifting illusion of higher ceilings. At the heart of the room will be a beautiful four-poster double bed. What truly makes the room special is the addition of a ballet barre at the end of the bed, the perfect addition for any aspiring ballerina.
While the children’s bedroom will exude energy and playfulness, the master bedroom will offer a calming retreat for the adults. Warm neutrals dominate the space, creating a serene environment ideal for unwinding after a busy day. Featuring a large bed with plush cushions and a statement light feature, the master bedroom aims to be a retreat for parents to recharge.
The show home will be undeniably stylish, but it will also be realistic and attainable. We hope that the space will be a home that our buyers can replicate and take inspiration from.
Launching Soon
The Spires will consist of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes coming soon with Shared Ownership, with the first launch of homes expected to be very soon.
The show home, expected to open early 2025, will serve as a base for our dedicated Sales Consultant, Jasmin, who will be on hand to show prospective buyers around and answer any questions about The Spires development or about Shared Ownership.
