Shared Ownership helped Ross and Chloe move into their first family home after the arrival of their little boy Wren!
Ross and Chloe were previously living with parents out of one bedroom. After the arrival of their little boy, Wren, they required more space and somewhere they could make their own.
The Ideal Location
When deciding to buy their first family home, location was key for Ross and Chloe. With having a young son it was important that they remained in close proximity to their family. When they discovered that Platform Home Ownership would be building new homes in Ross-on-Wye at the Middleton Avenue development it was the ideal solution to living out of one bedroom at Ross' parents home.

As Ross and Chloe bought their home off-plan, the day they were scheduled to view their brand new home for the first time was also the day they were able to complete the sale and receive the keys!
Since moving in, Ross and Chloe felt instantly at home and describe the whole experience of buying their first home as surreal.
