Spreading Holiday Cheer: Platform's Toy Donation to Salvation Army’s Christmas Appeal

This holiday season, Platform Home Ownership is contributing a variety of gifts to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Present Appeal. The donation features clothing and teddy bears for infants and toddlers, educational games and toys for kids, and makeup along with hypoallergenic toiletries for teens.

Over the years, countless children and young people have benefited from the gifts donated to The Salvation Army, and Platform is excited to be part of this important initiative. The contribution exemplifies Platform's dedication to uplifting local communities and assisting families in greatest need during the holiday season.

This donation is part of the ongoing effort to bring joy to children and families in need during the festive season. By supporting the Salvation Army’s Christmas appeal, these thoughtful gifts will help brighten the holidays for many, ensuring that children have toys to play with and winter accessories. Contributions like these make a real difference in the lives of young people, offering them hope and happiness during what can be a challenging time of year.

The donation forms part of the community engagement efforts alongside our newest development in Bishops Cleeve, Cleeve Gardens. Offering a collection of new homes launching early 2025.

The Cheltenham branch of the Salvation Army is just one of many centres across the UK taking part in the Christmas Present Appeal, which last year helped to distribute over 84,000 gifts nationwide.
